For Zoom, you will need Melt equipment
In person, I have all you need, just wear comfortable clothing.
In Person : the price is $30 a class, but this is because I really want you to try 4 classes at $60. This price is for the month and can be used all in one week, or throught the month.
To Zoom Melted Mornings, the price is $60 for the month and you can take as many classes as you would like.
