Prenatal Massage: Nurturing You Through Your Pregnancy Journey

For 36 years, I've had the honor of supporting expectant mothers through one of life's most profound transformations. My passion for prenatal massage has only deepened over the decades, and I truly believe it's one of the most wonderful ways you can support yourself—body, mind, and spirit—throughout pregnancy.

My training with respected pioneers in the field—Kate Jordan, Carole Osborne-Sheets, and Liz Koch—has given me a comprehensive understanding of how to work safely and effectively with pregnancy. I've specialized in understanding the psoas and its vital role during pregnancy, knowing that this deep core muscle profoundly affects your comfort, your baby's positioning, and your preparation for birth. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're navigating first trimester fatigue, second trimester growth, or third trimester preparation.

Pregnancy asks so much of your body. Prenatal massage offers you a space to release tension, ease discomfort, and reconnect with yourself during this busy season of preparation. It's not a luxury—it's essential care that honors the incredible work you're doing.

Infant Massage: Building a Foundation of Healthy Touch

My commitment to supporting families extends beyond birth. I teach Infant Massage, certified through the Foundation for Healthy Families with Kalena Babeshoff, because I believe we're doing more than soothing a baby—we're fostering healthy touch that creates a foundation for a lifetime of emotional and physical wellbeing. When you learn to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch, you're building trust, easing their transition into the world, and establishing patterns of connection that will support them through every stage of development. Infant massage strengthens the parent-child bond while giving you practical tools to comfort your baby, support their digestion, and help them sleep. It's a gift that keeps giving, long after those early months have passed.
