The core is the focus of this class the neuro-core to be exact. This is a different core than you are used to working with and I am excited to spend time exploring in this class. The core is so much more than a set of muscles. We all have one, and no I don’t believe your core is weak but possibly you have lost your connection to it.

Melt Method Class ~ Heart Opening

This class I will be teaching a heart opening class. This is a powerful class that helps to bring space to the rib basket, improving respiration and so much more. Please bring your own yoga mat, some water to sip and wear comfortable fitting clothes not too loose. This is a powerful class that you might want to schedule time after to be easy.
